¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer(s):

(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the opposite party no. 5 and 6 for his illegal act and bunging in the Goan Sabha fund by concluding the enquiry in pursuance to enquiry dated

22.07.2023 conducted by Assistant Development officer (Panchayat Ganjmuradabad, District-Unnao) i.e. opposite party no. 4.

(ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate strict action against the opposite party no. 5 and 6 for misusing the fund of goan sabha."

¶2The Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, has produced documents to demonstrate that a enquiry committee was constituted and a report has also been submitted finding nothing wrong against the persons against whom allegations were levelled. The instructions are taken on record.

¶3In view of the conclusion of the enquiry committee, the relief prayed in the writ petition cannot be granted.
