0.1160 hectare situated at Lucknow-Hardoi Road, may be demarcated. Admittedly, the petitioner has not moved any application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of her land. In case the petitioner approaches the respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer, District Hardoi within a period of two weeks from today and moves an application along with a certified copy of this order, under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of her land, the respondent no.3, shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the concerned parties, in case there is no legal impediment. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said application.
