The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "To issue a order or direction in the nature of directing the opposite party no.1 to dispose of regular suit no.1186/2011 Virendra Kumar Singh Vs. Ram Chander Yadav pending in the court of additional civil Judge (S.D.) Room No.23, Lucknow at earliest with in a stipulated time which is fixed by this Hon'ble court." It is submitted that though a large number of dates have been fixed, however, for the reasons beyond control, the matter has not yet been decided as also that the suit i.e. Regular Suit No.1186 of 2021 is at the stage of evidence of P.W.-1 and on account of pendency of the aforesaid case, petitioner is suffering great hardship. In these circumstances, indulgence of this Court is required. Considering the period of pendency i.e. about 12 years as also the suit in issue i.e. Regular Suit No.1186 of 2021 is at the stage of evidence of P.W.-1, this Court is of the view that indulgence of this Court is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with direction to trial court namely, Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) Room No.23, Lucknow to decide the suit in issue i.e. Regular Suit No.1186 of 2011, (Virendra Kumar Singh Vs. Ram Chander Yadav), as early as possible within a period of one and a half year from the next date fixed in the case, if possible and if there is no other legal impediment.
