Shri Umesh Verma, learned A.G.A. informs the Court that complaint case has been instituted against the concerned officials before the Court of C.J.M., Lucknow, cognizance of which has been taken by the Court below. He has placed before this Court, a copy of the complaint and the same has also been provided to the petitioner's Counsel. In view of the statement, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings which have been filed by the aggrieved informant. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of without prejudice to the rights of the parties before the Court below and to seek such other remedies as may be available in law.
