¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Mr. Mohit Jauhari, learned counsel for the contemnor - opposite party no. 1.

¶2Mr. Mohit Jauhari, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor - opposite party no. 1, has stated that in compliance of the order of the writ-Court dated 18.01.2023 passed in Writ-A No.25171 of 2021 ( Roshan Lal Vs. State of U.P. and others) a decision has been taken vide order 06.10.2023 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Sultanpur after affording opportunity of hearing to the applicant - contemnor.

¶3The aforesaid order dated 06.10.2023 has been enclosed with the affidavit of compliance filed today. Let the same be taken on record.

¶4In view of aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
