This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- ".I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari by quashing the impugned First Information Report dated

04.08.2023 by which the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the first information report bearing No.0261/2023 under Section-504, 506, I.P.C. registered at Police Dhanepur District Gonda as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice." It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the respondent no.4 had entered into a compromise. Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.4, has not disputed such contention. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner and the respondent no.4 to produce the compromise before the Investigating OfÏcer within a week. The Investigating OfÏcer shall take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter. For a period of four weeks or till a decision is taken by the Investigating OfÏcer, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated
