¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Mr. Shishir Jain, Advocate, who has put in appearance and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of sole contemnor - opposite party. Let the same be taken on record.

¶2Mr. Shishir Jain, learned counsel appearing for the sole contemnor - opposite party, has produced a copy of Office Memo dated 07.10.2023 passed/issued by the Managing Director, U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited. Let the same be taken on record. He has stated that in compliance of the order of the writ-Court dated 03.02.2023 passed in Writ-A No.1033 of 2023 (Ramesh Chandra Verma Vs. U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited and others) representation of the petitioner has been decided and, a copy whereof has been provided to the applicant-petitioner.

¶3In view of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed. However, it is always open to the applicant-petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.10.2023 passed/issued by the Managing Director, U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited, strictly in accordance with law.
