¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Mr. Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the sole contemnor - opposite party.

¶2Mr. Sunil Bajpayee, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the sole contemnor - opposite party, has stated that vide order dated 08.10.2023 passed by the Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, U.P., Lucknow, the representation of the petitioner has been decided in terms of order of the writ-Court dated 11.01.2023 passed in Writ-A No.3134 of 2021 (Mahadev Prasad Maurya Vs. State of U.P. and others) and, a copy whereof has been provided to the applicant-petitioner. He has produced the copy of the aforesaid order dated 09.10.2023, which is taken on record.

¶3In view of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, this contempt petition is hereby dismissed. However, it is always open to the applicant-petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.10.2023 passed by the Director, Ayurvedic and Unani Services, U.P., Lucknow, strictly in accordance with law.
