The instant application has been filed with a prayer to direct the FTC (S.D.), District Sultanpur, to decide the trial of Criminal Case No. 6558 of 2021, Case Crime No. 210 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station Gauriganj, District Amethi, pending before him within stipulated period. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide cCriminal Case No. 6558 of 2021, Case Crime No. 210 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station Gauriganj, District Amethi pending before the FTC (S.D.), District Sultanpurwithin the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the matter expeditiously in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time, if there is no legal impediment.
