In the prayer clause, the number of case, in issue, is indicated as Case No. 1682/2021, Computerized Case No. T2021042306908 and in questionnaire annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this petition, the number of the case has been indicated as 1682 of 2021 and in the copy of order sheet annexed as Annexure No. 3 to this petition, the number of the case has been indicated as Case No. 6908/2021, Computerized Case No. T2021042306908 and to substantiate the fact that presently the Case No. 1682/2021, Computerized Case No. T2021042306908 is pending before the respondent No. 1, there is no document on record. On being confronted on the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with proper prayer, pleadings and evidence. The aforesaid is not in dispute. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per Rules in this regard.
