¶1Heard learned counsel for appellant, Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5, Shri Anand Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.6 and learned State Counsel.

¶2After arguing at some length on the maintainability of intra court appeal, learned counsel for the appellant prays to withdraw the present Special Appeal with liberty to avail the remedy of review before the Court concerned.
