Petitioner has approached this court with following main prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 3 to provide the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojna Rural to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Pratapgarh to decide the representation dated

13.09.2023 to provide the benefit under the said Scheme which is still pending for disposal (contained as Annexure No. 2), in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the matter is to be considered and decided by the Chief Development OfÏcer concerned i.e. respondent no.3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case application of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the same. Without entering into merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make an application before the respondent no.3/Chief Development OfÏcer, District-Barabanki, raising all her grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of her claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case such a application is moved by petitioner, respondent no.3, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with application is placed before him.
