The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 01.06.2023 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar, Opposite Party No.3 in Case Number 37 U/S 109 () (1) of UPCH Rules (Hemant Kumar and others vs Tirath Raj and others) by which the order dated 27.04.2022 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar, Opposite Party No. 3 has been implemented as contained in ANNEXURE NO.1 to this writ petition.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opposite Party Nos. 4 to 18 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners." After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
