¶1The photograph placed on record filed as annexure no.1 to the writ petition, though depicts some water logging adjacent to the anganwadi centre but there is no averment made in the writ petition substantiating as to when such a photograph was taken and as to whether somebody had visited the place in question on any particular date, during the working hours or otherwise.

¶2Public Interest Litigation is not to be resorted for any publicity. The real purpose must be served by owing a sincerity to the cause.

¶3We permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant material on record provided a cause exists.
