Mr. Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the State Election Commissioner submits that by a communication dated

22.08.2023, election program has already been pronounced and interim list would be exhibited on 14.10.2023, objections to the same can be submitted by 16.10.2023 and the same would be decided by 17.10.2023 and final list would be published, thereafter, thus, petitioner has a right to raise objection to the members list to be published on 14.10.2023. In view thereof, no interference is called for at this stage by this Court, thus, writ petition is dispose of.
