Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions has submitted that the detenue is minor aged about 13 years and by the orders of Bal Kalyan Samiti, Raibareli dated 10.01.2023, she was sent to Child Welfare Home, Mill Area, Raibareli. He further submits that birth certificate of the detenue at page 15 of the petition is forged certificate prepared at the instance of the husband of the detenue. Date of birth of the detenue is

18.08.2009 as per ASR Register. He lastly submits that it is not a case of illegal detention. The deponent by filing this petition has tried to show the detenue as major by preparing a forged date of birth certificate and the order passed by the Bal Kalyan Samiti, Raibareli. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that he does not want to press the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Order Date :- 11.10.2023 R.C.
