The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "To pass appropriate order or direction, direction to the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal Lucknow to decide the Securitization Application No. 361 of 2022; Singh Raj Bhati and another versus A.U. Small Finance Bank Ltd. expeditiously within stipulate time period which is still pending before his since 24.04.2023 without any order." Taking note of the Section 17(6) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, (in short "Act of 2002"), which provides power to the petitioner to prefer an application for expeditious disposal of the case as also the fact that the securitisation application, in issue, was preferred in the month of April, 2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach Debt Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow in view of statutory remedy available under Section 17(6) of the Act of 2002.
