Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is allowed to implead Chief Development OfÏcer, District Sultanpur, as respondent no.5, in the array of parties. Heard Sri Amit Misra holding brief of Sri Ramesh Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State. Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a mandamus directing the respondents to allot house to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case claim/representation of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. In view thereof, the respondent no.5/Chief Development OfÏcer, District Sultanpur is directed to consider and decide the claim/representation of petitioner for allotment of house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. In case claim/representation of the petitioner is already decided, a copy of the order be provided to the petitioner within a period of ten ten days from today.
