After arguing at length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case representation of petitioner with regard to change of plot numbers on which the godown of the petitioner exists is also considered and decided by the respondent -Corporation. Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation states that the said representation will be considered by the Corporation after the inquiry pending against the petitioner is concluded in accordance with law.
