¶1Heard Sri Prashant Tripathi for the petitioner and Sri Adnan Ahmad for the respondents.

¶2The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 28.09.2006 whereby an order of maintaining status-quo was passed in the appellate proceedings.

¶3When the matter was entertained, this court had passed an order on 10.11.2006 directing the parties to maintain status-quo.

¶4Considering the fact that the suit is very old one, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to hear and decide the Original Suit No.231 of 2006 in accordance with law. Till the decision of the suit, the parties shall maintain status-quo.
