¶1This is a contempt petition of the year 2017, wherein there are two counsels for the petitioner, namely, Sri Sunil Kumar Singh and Sri Sanjay Kumar Bajpai. Sri Sunil Kumar Singh is reported to be unwell today, however no request has been made by Sri Sanjay Kumar Bajpai who subsequently appeared in the present case and has filed Vakalatnama on 09.05.2019 after getting 'no objection' from the earlier counsel Sri Sunil Kumar Singh.
¶2Learned Standing Counsel is present.
¶3Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
