Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the following relief: "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to immediately provide the security to the petitioner company so that the company can contribute in smoothly completing the supply of health related equipment.

(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to initiate inquiry against the so-called lawyers of District Court Lucknow involved in forcibly vacating the go-down of the petitioner company situates at house no.22/203, sector-22, Indira Nagar, Lucknow." Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would sufficiently be met in case petitioner is permitted to move a representation to the District Level Committee through the District Magistrate, Lucknow for security, who may consider the case of the petitioner in a time bound manner. Learned standing counsel has no objection to the same. In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the District Level Committee, raising all his grievance, annexing therewith all the documents in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case such a representation is moved by petitioner, the District Level Committee shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously.
