The petitioner no.1 has not complied with the interim order dated 11.11.2022 by which he was directed to deposit Rs.1 lac by way of Bank Draft which had to be given in two installments to the private respondent no.4, the wife and the parties were sent for mediation. The petitioner no.1 has failed to comply with the interim order. This Court has perused the F.I.R. and finds that a cognizable offence is made out against the petitioners, hence this writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
