¶1Learned A.G.A. for State-respondents is present. A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of State and the same is taken on record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 11.03.2022 at Case Crime No. 0058 of 2022 under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station Raniganj, District Pratapgarh and with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit states that Final Report has been prepared on 14.04.2022, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
