¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2, Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3, and Sri D.K.Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

¶2With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.

¶3There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in a bunch of petitions of which leading being Writ-C No.8389 of 2023 in re: H.M.S. College of Pharmacy, Bulandsahar and another vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 27.09.2023.

¶4Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of H.M.S. College of Pharmacy (supra).
