¶2Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the counseling schedule for B-Pharma course in respect of education session 2023-24 which started from 15.09.2023.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Apex Court vide order dated 06.09.2023 passed in Misc. Application No.1927 of 2023 in C.A. No.9048 of 2012, a copy of which is Annexure-6 to the writ petition, has granted extension of the date for completion of approval process up to October 31st 2023 and appeals/compliances process till November 30th 2023 in respect of Pharmacy Council of India for the academic year 2023-24. ¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that keeping in view the aforesaid order of the Apex Court the respondents cannot proceed further with the counseling.

¶5On the other hand, Sri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no.3, states that respondent no.3 is in the process of filing a clarification application before the Apex Court and prays that the matter may be disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any cause of action still survives.

¶6Considering that respondent no.3 is proceeding to file an application for clarification of the order dated 06.09.2023 passed by the Apex Court instant writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any cause of action arises subsequently.
