¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioners' application for substitution/mutation under Section 33(1) of Land Revenue Code, 2006 is rejected by the Revenue Inspector by order dated 04.06.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application under Section 33(1) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 before the Tehsildar, concerned.
