¶1Present writ petition is filed by petitioner for a mandamus directing respondents to register petitioner as registered Ayurvedic and Unani Pharmacist under Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi System of Medicine, U.P.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel states that the order is already passed against the petitioner which is also filed as annexure-6 to the present writ petition and petitioner has not sought quashing of that order in the present writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is filed with incorrect prayers.
