¶1Heard.

¶2In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with.

¶3By means of this petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of application for impleadment filed by the petitioner and finally adjudication of the interim relief application filed by opposite party nos. 6 to 12 on 01.09.2023 before before the respondent No.1.

¶4Taking note of the fact that the application for impleadment preferred by the petitioner in the suit, in issue, which was instituted in September, 2023 by Ram Pyare & Others under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, with regard to Gata No. 712/0.043 hectares situated at Village - Sukulpur, Pargana - Aldemau, Tehsil - Kadipur, District-Sultanpur, is pending before respondent no. 2 and in which the next date fixed is 27.10.2023, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Kadipur, District - Sultampur to consider the application for impleadment of petitioner, as per law, expeditiously.

¶5It is made clear that this Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
