At the very outset, Shri Ram Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that on account of subsequent developments including an order dated 04.10.2023 having been passed by the respondent no. 1, the writ petition had been rendered infructuous at this stage. He prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file fresh in case any cause of action arises to the petitioner.
