¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to remove the illegal encroachment on the Gata No.852, area 0.1880 hect., situated in Village - Nasratpur Belahiya, Tehsil - Bikapur, District - Ayodhya, which is mentioned as Milkiyat Sarkar Land (Chak Marg) in the revenue records.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties to get free the land of Gata No. 852, area 0.1880 hect., situated in Village - Nasratpur Belahiya, Tehsil - Bikapur, District - Ayodhya, which is mentioned as Milkiyat Sarkar Land (Chak Marg) in the revenue records, from the illegal possession of the Opposite Party No. 5 to 7, forthwith and to restore its original position in the interest of justice. ...."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that in respect of the land in question, proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated and are pending vide Case No.T202204230301930. The instructions are taken on record.

¶3Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending, the present petition is disposed off with directions to conclude the proceedings of Case No.T202204230301930 in accordance with law within a period of two months.
