Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that by an order dated 12.09.2023, name of the petitioner is removed from the records of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Colonelganj, Gonda. He submits that the said information he got in a RTI Application. Sri Shyam Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 assures the Court that the copy of the order dated

12.09.2023 shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of five days from today. Petitioner thereafter shall have ten days' time to file his recall application before the respondent no. 2-Executive OfÏcer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Colonelganj, Gonda. The petitioners and respondent no. 3 shall appear before the respondent no. 2-Executive OfÏcer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Colonelganj, Gonda on 16.11.2023. The respondent no. 2-Executive OfÏcer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Colonelganj, Gonda shall after hearing both the parties decide the matter finally within a period of six weeks.
