On being pointed out certain defects in the memo of petition, learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file the same afresh. The aforesaid prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for side opposite and the prayer is acceded. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed with the liberty as prayed for. The certified copy of the impugned order or any other certified document filed along with the petition shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the petitioner by retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
