Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that the amount stands recovered and is now with the RERA Authorities but the same is not being disbursed to the petitioner. For the said grievance, petitioner has filed an application, which has not been considered yet. Writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow to pass an order on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
