¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishana Vishwakarma, Advocate holding brief of Sri Risabh Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Jal Nigam.

¶2With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having retired on 31.01.2018, his dues towards the arrears of pension as well as Group Insurance Amount have still not been paid to the petitioner. A further prayer is to revise the pension of the petitioner on account of revision of the pay scale along with consequential benefits.

¶4As the matter is too trivial to keep pending before this Court, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority to release the arrears of salary and the arrears of pension along with the Group Insurance Amount, if admissible to the petitioner as well as to consider the claim of the petitioner for revision of the pension on account of revision of pay scale.
