Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. The instant petition has been filed with following main prayers: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction thereby quashing the impugned order dated 27.12.2022 passed by respondent no.2 in respect of petitioner nos. 7,8, 11, 12, 13 & 14.

(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction thereby quashing the impugned order dated 27.12.2022 passed by respondent no.2 in respect of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 & 10 after summoning the same from its custodian.

(iii) To issue a writ, order or direction thereby quashing the impugned counselling schedule fixed by respondent no.4 for counselling of D. Pharm Course for the education session 2023-24." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he does not want to press the prayer (iii) of the prayer clause and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed so far as it relates to prayer (iii) of the prayer clause. There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ C No. 8393 of 2023 in Re: Ram Sanehi Memorial Social Educational Trust and 5 Others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others decided on 27.09.2023. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that the petitioners shall be entitled to the benefit of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ C No. 8393 of 2023 in Re: Ram Sanehi Memorial Social Educational Trust and 5 Others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others decided on
