¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the State/respondents not to allow the private respondents to install deity on petitioners' land bearing Gata No.536 measuring 0.101 hectare situated at Village Chauksahar, Tehsil and Pargana Nanpara, District Bahraich.

¶3The relief prayed by the petitioners is against the private respondents which cannot be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners have a remedy to approach the appropriate Court/authority in accordance with law.
