Shri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has already approached the Permanent Lok Adalat, Barabanki where proceedings bearing case No. 47 of 2020, which is pending . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said proceedings are pending for last two years and are not being decided. In view of the aforesaid, it is expected that the aforesaid Case bearing no. 47 of 2020 shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is also expected that respondents shall fully cooperate with the trial in order to decide it expeditiously. Writ petition is disposed of.
