Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 as well as learned State counsel for the State-respondents. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer of mandamus commanding the respondents to scrutinize the answer sheet as well as OMR sheet of class X of the petitioner's examination held in the year 2022-23. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after declaration of the result of the petitioner, she had applied for its scrutiny on 28.04.2023, a copy of which is annexure no.2 to the petition, yet the respondents have failed to get scrutinize the answer sheet of the petitioner. On the other hand, Shri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 states, as per the instructions received, that the said application dated 28.04.2023 was never received in the office of the respondent no.2. It is also contended that last date for receipt of applications for scrutiny was 19.05.2023 and as per records, the petitioner has failed to apply for any scrutiny and as such, at this stage, no scrutiny can be conducted. Keeping in view of the aforesaid facts, no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the writ petition is, thus, dismissed. Order Date :- 12.10.2023 S.
