¶1Heard Ms. Maria Fatima, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by petitioner challenging the order dated

06.03.2020 passed by Additional Housing Commissioner/Additional Registrar. By the said order, petitioner was restrained from executing sale deed due to pendency of an inquiry initiated against the petitioner.

¶3Sri Rakesh Chaudhary, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 on the basis of affidavit submits that the said inquiry is now completed.

¶4In view thereof, the impact of order dated 06.03.2020 has also expired as same restrained petitioner to execute sale deed only till completion of inquiry.

¶5It goes without saying that it shall be open for respondent authorities to take action in accordance with law on the basis of outcome of inquiry report.
