¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Mohan Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.6 and learned State Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Shri Mohan Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.6 as well as learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions have submitted that the Gram Panchayat has already proposed a plan for construction of drainage and chak road and as soon as the budget for the purpose is sanctioned by the competent authorities, necessary constructions as per specifications shall be carried out without fail.

¶3It is expected that the authorities concerned shall take an early decision in the matter so that grievance raised in public interest stands redressed in accordance with law.
