Revenue Code 2006 against the impugned order dated 01.04.2023 passed in Case No.1485 of 2023,which could not be disputed by Sri Awadhesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative and statutory remedy of filing revision, which may be availed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
