¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishana Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 and Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.

¶2With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided.

¶3The petitioner claims that while her husband was holding the post of "Mazdoor" on a Class IV post, he died in harness on

31.08.2022. However, the entire death cum post retiral dues have still not been paid to the petitioner despite the petitioner having repeatedly approached the respondents for the same.

¶4Learned counsel for the respondents states that the payment shall be made to the petitioner within a short Span of time.

¶5In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to release the entire dues as admissible to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
