¶1This Court had passed a conditional interim order on

19.11.2022 directing the petitioner no. 1 to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- to show his bonafide.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State has produced before this Court written instructions dated 12.12.2022 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Gonda wherein it has been stated that the charge sheet has been prepared and filed in Court on 29.11.2022.

¶3The written instructions are kept on record.
