¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Ashutosh Verma holding brief of Sri Alok Saran, learned counsel for respondents no.2 to

4.

¶2The petitioner, an employee of service provider, being aggrieved with the oral order of termination of his services is before this Court.

¶3Once the petitioner is an employee of the service provider consequently even if the respondents have indicated that his services are no longer required, the same would not entitle the petitioner to file the instant petition once there is no lis between the petitioner and respondents.
