21.10.2022 by which the petitioner no.1 was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- in the Mediation and Conciliation Center to show his bonafide. The petitioner no.1 has not deposited the money. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by the Sub Inspector of Police Station Rudauli, District Ayodhya, wherein it has been stated that Charge-sheet No.A-346 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022, has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority. This Court has gone through the F.I.R. and finds that a cognizable offence to be made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
