¶1This Court had passed a conditional interim order on

20.09.2023 directing the petitioner no. 1 to deposit Rs. 35,000/- to show his bonafide.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the Bank Draft dated 09.10.2023 for Rs. 35,000/- has been prepared. He has produced the Bank Draft before this Court.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State, however, has submitted, on the basis of written instructions dated 11.09.2023 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station - Utraula, District Balrampur, that the Charge Sheet has been prepared and forwarded to the Supervisory Authority for onward submission to the Trial Court on 20.08.2023.

¶4The written instructions are kept on record.
