29.08.2022 to the petitioners by which the petitioner no.1 was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- by way of Bank Draft in favour of Senior Registrar of this Court. The petitioner no.1 has not deposited the money to show his bonafide. This Court has gone through the F.I.R. and finds that cognizable offence to be made out against the petitioners.
