16.03.2022 to the petitioners by which the petitioners were directed to deposit the money. The petitioners did not deposit the amount as directed earlier by this Court.

(4) In the meantime, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received from the Incharge Inspector of Police Station Mallawan, District Hardoi, wherein it has been stated that the Charge-sheet dated 29.01.2022 has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority on

06.02.2022.
