Petitioner approached this Court for a mandamus commanding the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to reconsider the matter of petitioner for providing the benefits under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana. Though the claim of petitioner is already rejected and the said rejection order is filed as Annexure No.10, to the writ petition and the writ petition is filed without challenging the said order by wrongly making the prayer, the writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with correct prayer.
